About SICA
The SICA Service Centre for International Cultural Activities is the Netherlands’ supporting organisation for international cultural exchange. SICA provides information and advice pertinent to all cultural sectors and disciplines, regarding specific countries, activities, sources for financial support, available networks and a range of practical concerns. Working together with foundations and cultural institutes, SICA helps promote international dissemination of Dutch art and culture by developing and coordinating a wide range of programmes in both the Netherlands and abroad.

The Netherlands European Cultural Contact Point (CCP) is part of the SICA helpdesk, providing information about European cultural grants, notably those stipulated in the Culture 2000 programme and its subsequent revised edition.
